File the ECF FCC Form 471

The following steps demonstrate how to file the ECF FCC Form 471 in your ECF Portal.

1. After logging into the ECF Portal, your landing page (Dashboard) will open.
2. If you are a consultant user, you will need to locate the billed entity first.
3. Under Action, click File FCC Form 471. This will take you to the Basic Information section.
