Consortium and ESA School Districts Specific Steps

Entity Information – Consortium and Educational Service Agency (ESA) School District

If you are a consortium or ESA, you will select members for this ECF FCC Form 471.

If every member in the consortium is included select Yes.

Otherwise, select NO. Search for members and check the Select Members box to add members who will be part of the application. Click Add.

After you add entities, they will populate in the lower grid as Members on this Application. If you wish to remove entities, select the entities in question and then select Remove.

Once all members have been added, click Save & Continue.

Recipients of Service for FRN – Consortium and ESA School District

After you add an FRN, you will indicate which members will be the recipient of the FRN services or equipment. Search for member entity and check the entity’s Select Recipient(s) of Service box to add members who will be part of the FRN. Click Add.

After you add entities, they will populate in the lower grid as Selected Recipient(s) of Service. If you wish to remove, select the entities in question and select Remove.

Click Save & Continue to continue with the application. At this point, you will be returned to a list of your currently created FRNs. Please refer to the specific FRN section if additional FRNs are necessary or proceed to the certification section.
